Pre-cautions –
Pregnancy: The muscles and ligaments in the groin and sacroiliac area are more relaxed during pregnancy, so be careful not to overstretch in these positions.

Contraindications
Groin or knee injury:    Perform this pose with blanket support under the outer thighs.
