For me the power of yoga is in it’s increasingly subtle levels of connection, with our body, our breath, our mind, and with the present moment and all that that moment has to offer us…’
Rachael has undertaken teacher training with the Australian Institute of Yoga Therapy (CAE). She is an accredited member of the YTAA (Yoga Teacher’s Association of Australia). She also has a professional background in psychology and counselling. Rachael is currently teaching yoga in different places across Melbourne, and looks forward to sharing a yoga moment or two with others throughout the community. She is available to create yoga classes for small or large groups, or for individual’s interested in deepening their yoga experience.
