    • Arch back, s/be straight as possible with the neck being an extension of the spine

    • Shoulders should fall away from the ears.

    • Slack legs, s/be engaged to have the thigh rotation happening

    • Tummy hanging out, s/be engaged moving with the breath, possible indication that pelvic floor is not engaged which helps support the lower spine.

    • Bent legs need support

    • Support of blankets under legs in Baddha Konasana should be used for pregnant women

    • Chest opening

    • Coming out of forward bends slowing

    • Folding from the hips not the waist.

    • Half forward bends can been done with the support of a wall and chair especially with blood pressure, heart issues of other contra indicators
