Matsyasana  (mot-see-AHS-anna) (Fish Pose)
Savasana   (shah-VAHS-anna) (Corpse Pose) (shah-VAHS-anna), sava = corpse 
Supta Baddha Konasana   (SOUP-tah BAH-dah cone-NAHS-anna) (Reclining Bound Angle Pose) supta = lying down, reclining baddha = bound kona = angle 
Supta Padangusthasana  (soup-TAH pod-ang-goosh-TAHS-anna) (Reclining Big Toe Pose) supta = lying down, reclining, pada = foot , angusta = big toe 
Supta Virasana  (soup-tah veer-AHS-anna)  (Reclining Hero or Heroine Pose) supta = lying down, reclining, vira = man, hero, chief (compare Latin vir, “man,” the root of English words virile and virtue) 
Viparita Karani  (vip-par-ee-tah car-AHN-ee) (Legs-Up-the-Wall Pose) viparita = turned around, reversed, inverted; karani = doing, making, action
