Seated and kneeling asanas - How it may be sequenced in practice/class

  • Seat positions can be sequenced at any time during a class. Traditionally at start and end.
  • Can be used to calm or relax body/mind
  • Kneeling can be taught before cross legs sukhasana, then move to sidhasana to Padmasana as a practitioner becomes more comfortable, but combining the varies practices allow the opportunity to expand on the other.
  • Practicing all the variations allows a person to find what is best for them or when what is best
