How the program develops
I would keep with the same flow of class, keeping the same prelude and mixing up some of the following asanas. By following the same core practice improves the opportunity for enhancing harmony, improvement and the experience of inner awareness. The asana practice done in a smoothly flowing sequence and with full awareness should result in a meditative experience in its own right. The intent would be spending some time revising and improving the core postures; using different approaches when instructing to emphasizing points for refinement and more subtle understanding. I would not change the lesson completely every week. Of course, no matter what the prepared program is, I may have to adjust to the daily circumstances - pregnancy is a dynamic condition - the student’s body will be constantly changing, and accordingly I may need to modify the program throughout the 2nd trimester to cater to the condition and needs of the student on the day.
